PBIS

Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is not a curriculum, but a framework to identify needs, develop strategies, and evaluate practice toward building a positive school culture. School-wide expectations are posted throughout our campus to remind all students of our core values.

Our Thunderbirds meet behavioral expectations by demonstrating our core values of respect, effort, and pride daily.

Students receive T-Bird Gold tickets for meeting these expectations and going above and beyond.  The Willmore PTA partners with us to provide prizes to students in exchange for T-Bird Gold tickets. In addition, teachers choose a monthly award winner based on monthly attributes or character traits that promote a positive school community.
