STEM Family Night helped student explore, build, and solve problems using logic and flexible thinking. Teachers incorporated technology as students used iPads with Osmos fostering problem solving, coding, spatial relational skills, and creativity. The STEM stations included technology, card games, lego building, creating shape puppets, logic games, estimation stations, and other stimulating activities. This evening propelled student curiosity, making learning fun for our families. STEM activities and games were raffled off at the end of the evening. We value the opportunity for families to actively participate in their children’s learning, understanding how important it is to build this home-school connection. Thank you to PTA for helping to plan and organize the event. Also, a special thank you to Mrs. Fellowes, Ms. Cordova Mrs. Shook, Ms. Pyle, Mrs. Magpile, and Mrs. Kapustin for creating an entertaining and exciting evening centering around engagement and learning for our families. We are looking forward to the next family night for our students.
