Willmore Students Perform at the Mendez Dedication

It was an honor and a privilege for our very own Willmore students to perform during the Mendez Dedication ceremony at the District Office. This was a great way to celebrate and appreciate the trailblazing efforts of the Mendez family to create equity and a quality education for all students. Dr. Jacobson introduced the group and shared that we embrace diversity and work hard every day to give our students the opportunity to be multilingual, multiliterate, and multicultural through our Dual Immersion Spanish and coding programs. Willmore students performed 2 folklorico dances that they have been practicing since the start of the school year in our Folklorico Club. They made Willmore proud!
Back to School Night

Back to School Night

We would like to welcome you to our annual Back to School Night on Thursday, September 19th. The evening will start at 5:30 pm with a principal introduction and PTA meeting, followed by classroom visits from 6:00-7:00 pm. There will be two sessions so that if you have more than one child, you can get to both classes. The first session will be from 6:00-6:30 pm, and there will be a second session from 6:30-7:00 pm. Our teachers are excited to share the curriculum, standards, and classroom policies with you. This is a time when you can meet your child's teacher and learn about all of the exciting things happening in your child's classroom this year. Please note that this evening is information for adults so that teachers can share information with you. Thank you for your continued support and we look forward to seeing you there!
